Formed in 2007, ImproveCareNow is an established Learning Health Network focused on improving outcomes for children and youth with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis (also known as Inflammatory Bowel Disease or IBD). With more than 100 participating care centers worldwide, plus a diverse and active Patient Advisory Council, Parent Working Group, Research Committee, and Board of Directors – ICN successfully brings stakeholders from across the IBD care spectrum together to all teach and all learn from each other, fostering a collaborative approach to medicine, and improving health, care and costs for young people with IBD.
